Goldberg's is my go-to when I want a real bagel and a solid sandwich. The bagels have that classic chew, and the sandwiches are stacked the way they should be. Pastries are a fun extra - hard to walk out without grabbing something sweet. The pasta sauces and meats are delicious if you want more than breakfast. It's a great place to go whether you're popping in or sitting down. Highly recommend if you're in Fort Lauderdale and craving deli food done right.

8/17/26- 2pm- I can’t believe I’ve never been here! Wow! Love it! A step back in time for me - very New York Neighborhood Deli! I’m so excited to see Crystal working here… Crystal always goes above and beyond for her customers! She is a Star! I will always come back for her! This will be my new NY Style Deli favorite! I ordered The Hobo- bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel and black coffee! The sandwich was perfectly cooked and came out hot and delicious! Wow! Great service, delicious food and amazing Ambiance! The music made the experience at least 5 Stars! I can’t wait to work my way through their menu! Hot Pastrami Sandwich will be my next order!!

The flat sesame bagel was excellent, but there were a lot of tomatoes on my sandwich and not enough of the delicious nova, especially at this price. Also, they do not have any dairy-free cream cheese, and their kasha knishes are made with butter — so please be sure to ask questions if you have any dietary restrictions. The server was efficient, but not exactly friendly, as if we were back in NYC. I mean, I’m used to that — but visitors and other locals may not feel the same way. I did see & hear other servers interacting in a friendlier manner with their customers. I may return just to purchase their yummy flat sesame bagels.

You will not leave Goldberg’s hungry because they stack their breakfast sandwiches with a thick layer of fluffy eggs on a hefty bagel. Our server was friendly and funny and matched the old school Italian vibe inside. Sinatra was playing on the speakers and the walls are covered in family photos and history which gives the place a cozy feel. The sandwiches were very good but the real standout was the hash brown. It tasted like a family recipe with just the right seasoning, a hearty center and perfectly crispy edges.

I’ve been here several times for pastrami and eggs on a bagel. This visit I tried Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon, Spinach, and Avocado omelette with crispy hash browns. Not pictured this menu option comes with a New York Style bagel of your choice for under $20.00. Quick service and free parking.
